The Jagged Face

cliff-top-neist-point-skye

This image was taken at Neist point, the most westerly point on the Isle of Skye.

This large cliff stands above the lighthouse and is a popular climb for many visitors wishing to get a better view. I decided against it. It seemed rather unforgiving, cruel even with its sharp and jagged rock face. Definitely not a cliff to the trifled with. How right i was.

During a later Google search i found that the cliff and the image took on a somewhat darker tone.
